A Salute to the Doers.
Everyone is genius to some extent or another. We’ve all got good ideas, creative bursts, and energy to spare (no matter what your particularly environment is).
However not enough of us are capitalizing on our talents often enough.
We sit and think and think and think and think some more. We hesitate to push a product, leave the comfort zone, or bring an idea from thought to fruition.
If you read blogs at all you’ll notice a bunch of 2010 review posts and 2011 predictions articles. No matter what the analysis is, one thing stands in common.
Things Happen Because People or Groups of People MAKE THEM HAPPEN
Instead of creating a new years resolution that you probably won’t keep, make a resolution right now to create more and give more. Product content. Give things to the world. It doesn’t matter if you think it’s not up to par or you’re scared to do so. Produce and be genuine in your offerings.
To the guy who is up late at night writing code
To the blogger who posts everyday
To the person who is on Quora answering questions
To the overworked graphic designer
To the Flip Video camera no name producer
To the entrepreneur who never sleeps
To those trying to do something, ANYTHING, of any amount to change the world.
I salute you.
Thanks for all that you do. Keep doing it.
