What I use on a day to day basis.
Analytics
Google - I use Google Analytics across all my sites.
Twitalyzer - for Twitter analytics.
Viralheat - a low cost solution for monitoring customer sentiment.
Blogging
Tumblr - only for this site.
Wordpress - I build everything on Wordpress.org. Most often I’ll use the Headway or Thesis theme.
Browser
Firefox - prefer it over Chrome and Opera.
RockMelt - I’ve started using Firefox less and RockMelt more. I like RockMelt due to the fact that it incorporates Facebook chat and sharing. RockMelt Review
CRM
Sage ACT - I’ve used ACT for CRM for a long time and I’ve been happy, although I plan on switching over to Salesforce soon.
Dashboard
HootSuite - The pro version is worth the cost and I like the interface. I use HootSuite primarily for all client work.
TweetDeck - I use TweetDeck for personal Twitter accounts.
MailChimp - after exploring many options, MailChimp is my favorite email marketing tool.
FTP
Filezilla - only choice for me.
Organization
Evernote - I use Evernote along with the Getting Things Done system to stay organized. I use GTD + Evernote on my iPhone and desktop for organizing my schedule, creating to do lists, and prioritizing my workload.
Toggl - I use Toggl primarily for keeping track of how much time I’m spending on client work.
Phone
Grasshopper - I just purchased a toll free number from Grasshopper and I’ve had no complaints thus far.
iPhone - 3GS jail broken for T Mobile
Photos
Picnik - A nice Photoshop alternative. I use Picknik frequently for editing photos and creating graphics.
Stock.XCHNG - Great selection of stock photography
Wylio - See the pic I used for this post? I got it from Wylio. Wylio organizes creative commons photos via Flickr and will resize them based on your needs. My #1 go to resource for photos.

Flip Video - I use the SlideHD for video capture.
TubeMogul - I’m a fan of their analytics.

Vimeo - on occasion.
YouTube - a lot.
